Seiter IP’s brand story is one of resilience, strength, and foresight. Despite our size and struggles, we are steadfast in our role as IP professionals to help our clients navigate the complex world of intellectual property and guide them in protecting their IP rights. The firm was founded by William J. Seiter, or Bill as he was fondly known as. Bill started the firm as a sole proprietor and a few years later, brought in Kiran, an attorney from Singapore, as his business and life partner. In 2013, Kiran and Bill expanded their IP firm to Singapore for the Southeast Asian region. 

 

After Bill’s sudden passing in 2019, Kiran decided to keep Bill’s memory and legacy alive by continuing the firm in both regions, ensuring that our commitment to excellence and dedication to our clients remains steadfast. Though Bill has since passed, his spirit and dedication continue to inspire us every day. Bill established the Seiter brand with a singular mission: to provide unparalleled expertise and guidance in intellectual property law. His passion for protecting IP rights with heart and honesty, going the extra mile for our clients, laid the foundation for our firm’s values and principles.
